What You Get
Running Plan: A seven page document detailing runs and sessions for a two-part, eight week training plan. It includes tips to get you performing at your best. It is designed for runners currently able to run 5km without stopping who are looking to run a faster 5k, training three days per week.
Running Chat with Thomas: Receive personal feedback on your training and tips to maximise each run. Ask questions about your sessions, race preparation, niggles or injuries. Draw on Thomas's experience and learnings from running with some of the best runners in Australia (email to ask for more information).
Choose between a 3 month, 6 month and 12 month package with one upfront payment, or try for a week for just $30 (discounted rate).
The feedback and advice is unlimited, but expect to receive answers for up to an average of two questions daily as a guide.
